Cultural Enrichment is very important for our community because it teaches people and residents to reflect on ourselves, about our culture, the places we live, our surroundings, how to care and protect our neighborhoods. Cultural Enrichment contribute to our social, political, cultural, and economic development as Canadians. IHF will provide appropriate culture enhancement
programs for our resident and community members.
