I’m Here Foundation is a registered
Not-For-Profit community charitable organization that brings hope and compassion to life. IHF provide services and support to Victims of Abuse Women and Children in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and the surrounding areas. The organization work with Homeless residents, with advocating for housing issues, preventing homelessness, and serving our youth and seniors experiencing homelessness.

Programs & Services

I’m Here Foundation offers and provide unique programs and services designed to support individuals, and families in reaching their full potential and community needs. Which includes children & young adults, immigrants & newcomers, mental health and
senior residents’ programs.

Mental Health

Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Taking care of our mental health is very important because it helps in handling stress, and making healthy choices. I’m Here Foundation works with different mental health organizations to support our community.

Education & Advocacy

Education brings awareness and an advocate provides a voice for those not being heard, and not able to access available services. I’m Here Foundation help advocate for individuals, families, and the community with range of services and programs available to their needs.
