Immigrants contribute and plays a key role in Canadian economic, infrastructure, social and cultural benefits. It is very important for immigrant and newcomers to integrate successfully into Canadian society. Leaving your home country and migrating to a new unknown country is one of the most difficult decisions and choices most immigrant go through. This is why IHF Immigration & Newcomer Settlement Programs plays a major role by assisting immigrants and refugees to overcome barriers specific to the newcomer and refugees experience. The programs will support newcomers so that they can participate in social, cultural, civic and economic life in Canada.

The settlement programs are designed specific to individual needs and services, to provide newcomers with the information necessary to make informed decisions, build networks within their new communities, provide language skills needed to active their goals and integrate into community and social life. The IHF Immigration & Newcomer Settlement Programs will work with different community organization to provide:
